DTI

All order data entered by the user via the DTI system will be available for processing by the relevant Intertek International Limited office within 24 hours of entry.

It is the responsibility of the person entering the transaction to attach all relevant documents in an industry standard format. Acceptable formats include MS Word and JPEG. Large size image formats should be avoided, e.g. TIFF.

It is the responsibility of the person entering the import transaction to verify that this was received by the destination office. It will be possible to confirm this by reference to the SIS screens within 24-48 hours.

SIS

All status information displayed may be up to 24 hours out of date due to lag time in getting this data processed and updated onto the WEB sites.

Intertek International Limited is not responsible for delays in receiving valid documents from exporters. These delays will be identified by the date the documents were received.
